Hull #903

Hello all. I just became the happy co-owner of Capri 22 MKII hull #903. She is a beautiful 2001 fin keel standard rig with new Kevlar sails living in San Diego. We have been sailing her in 10-15 mph winds on San Diego Bay and she sure can sail!!
Looking forward to learn all about the Capri 22!!

Speaking of San Diego, does the Mission Bay Yacht Club still have many Capri 22s around? They used to have Capri 22 Fleet #1 based there. But folks age (as well as their boats) and I haven't been down there in a long while.

Anyone on this board with connections to Fleet #1?

There are a lot of Capri 22s out of San Diego but I don't think there's anything organized. There is a large fleet out of Harbor Island with 15 or so boats but I think it's a rental type club.

My dad and son on Piccolo today. Light winds in San Diego but she still reached nicely!!
