I have just recently acquired a 1972 Hughes NorthStar 22 foot sailboat. I am looking for any current or past owners who could provide me with some information - pros or cons - for this boat. I received the specifications for the boat (length, weight, draft, etc.) but am looking for any additional information (good coastal cruiser? - sailing characteristics , etc.) We are new to sailing and will be sailing in the gulf off of the Florida panhandle.Any help will be greatly appreciated
