I thought I would post a picture of what we use to step our mast. It works so slick. Michelle cranks the winch and I physically hold on to the mast and keep an eye on everything. We will stop about halfway or so up and look, then again at 85% up to check on shrouds and backstay. A few cranks and were locking the forestay. Very slick.
