How to solidify a Jib rail

I have a Hunter 36 2010 and it happened to me a little mishap. I tear off a genoa track. The original fixations do not seem very solid and I wondered if some of you who had the same problem had found a more effective solution to hold the rail.

On many boats they are bolted thru the deck, I'm not familiar with the method used on your boat.
