Similar things have happened to my boat(s) at various times. According to a fairly respected local rigger, as long as the stanchions are not too badly bent (10 degrees seems to fit that bill) and are not kinked, you can just remove the life lines, put a slightly larger and longer pipe over the stanchion (it should cover the stanchion to as close to the base as possible), and bend the sucker back into alignment. Check to make sure that the bedding hasn't been compromised and the welds at the base are still sound, and re-string the lifelines.
If you are any worse than that, you can purchase new stanchions from Catalina, possibly from Catalina Direct, and probably from Rail Makers (the OEM manufacturer for Catalina). If you need new lifelines, the easiest way to replace tham is to take the old ones into West Marine and have them duplicate them, although a local rigger can make you up a set as well. Sailboat Owners.com can also make up a set of lifelines for you.
