TAP works with a lot of folks in the marine world here. So they know their stuff. You can take your existing piece to them and they can probably work on forming a new piece without much trouble as I'm assuming there is some bend to it.

Hey, Gerald.. If ya carefully remove the old lens, you can take it to a plastics shop and they'll cut a new acrylic (plexiglass, not lexan) lens out for you.. Thanks man. Well thank you to everyone who replied. I'll take a look at that PDF as soon as I am done with my current project. I screwed up today big time. I thought I would snug the boat up to the trailer with the winch and forgot it was strapped down in the back. I ripped out the hook eye on the bow! Now it seems the more pressing matter is the hole in the front of my boat. I made a bigger backing plate (what were they thinking), and I ordered a fiberglass repair kit. Hoping it will be big enough for the job. Again, thanks for the info. I will use it for sure. I feel so stupid but I am learning and that's what it's all about. If I were a YouTuber, I'd make a video out of it. Too much hassle and no camera!
