How do I refinish the plywood floor boards on a 1994 Catalina 42? The clear overcoat is pealing and badly dented with some holes in the finish. What is the clear overcoat and what do I need to do to apply something over this clear overcoat?
TWO BOBS, I refinshed the floor of my 36 Cat by 1, removing boards and taking home, 2 paint stripper and sanding to remove and smooth out surface 3 about 4 coats of clear polyurathane. Sand between coats with 220 grit. This surface held up for about 7 years. Just redid a second time. Chuck
