How to read this Hobbs hour meter?

This is doubtless a dumb question but I have to ask because I am not sure.

The hour meter in question (see photo attached) has four white on black digits and two black on white. There is a white arrow indicating 1/10th's but I am not clear if it is indicating that the two black on white digits are both 1/10th's or whether just the one to the right of the arrow is.

I appreciate any input.

Many thanks.

It is just one digit so you have one thousand three hundred and nineteen point two hours on your meter.

The right-most "digit" is just an indicator that it is running. It has alternating dots and dashes that can be easily seen to be moving. As kbuckley replied above you have one thousand three hundred and nineteen point two hours on your meter.

1/10th of an hour is 6 minutes so every six minutes you should see the decimal wheel change digits. Like Rich says the end wheel is just a motion indicator.

Many thanks to all who responded

I much appreciate it.

I have another dumb question: I am considering buying a 37C and am looking for pointers of particular things to look for. I've seen issues like the leaking portlights, delamination there and leaking holding tank. However I also see references to much info in 'Archives'. Is there a separate section of this site labelled 'archives' or is this just a reference to old posts?

Thanks again for any input.
