How to protect my ASA Log Book? Can you recommend a case?

I just received my certs from the ASA for finishing 103/104 courses.

I'm guarding my ASA Log Book as much as possible, but I'd like to take it with me sailing next month in the Caribbean.

Do you have a case that you can recommend? Anything that I search for relating to ASA LOG BOOK just gives me the ones for pilots.

Thanks!

Congratulations. That was a good investment.

I use a zip-loc bag for things like that. There are waterproof Pelican containers but they tend to be expensive and bulky.

Try a kayaking/canoeing/white water rafting facility and look for a Sealand map case. We used one for kayaking and took it over to the boat when we started sailing. Loads of room, seals tight and has d-rings in the corners to secure it.

Try Locksak also

You can also try Locksak. They should be available at REI or other camping stores. They also have a website at www.locksak.com. They come in various sizes or you can get a variety pack. Seem to work pretty well.
