Anybody got a similar number and know for sure what year their boat
was buit?

Lyra is #1039, but I do not know for sure the year she was built. #1040 is
the Vega that was on the Atlantic crossing video.

Your Vega will be 1970. Ken Smith owns Tarka 1042. The petrol Vegas ended about 1375 and that was 1971/72
