How Many Passage 42s wee built?

Last week I was in Maimi talking with two fellow 42 owners about how much we appreciated our boats and how much boat they were for the money. We tried to come up with some estimate about how many were built. We guessed about 250. Does anyone know. My boat was built in mid-97 and is #211.

Hunter Told Me They Made 417 30Ts

I wondered the same thing about my 30T so I asked Hunter. They replied in a letter that they had a production run of 417 30Ts. I am sure Hunter has records which will answer your question if you ask them.

I think about 220

but that is only a guess. Ours is #208, I think, built in Sept 1996. and they stopped in 1998.

Hunter tells me 226

I contactd Hunter and they told me the last hull number was 226.
