Some of my sails (all white) have been living in bags because they are not used regularly, and have picked up small black spots of mildew. I recently sprayed the foam seat cushions with a mixture of bleach and water, and this killed the mildew on them, although it lent them an orange color. Is it possible to spray dacron sails with a similar mixture? Will this work, or will it damage the fabric? If this is a poor idea, is there a better one?
