How do you initiate an owners information page?

I have a Marlow-Hunter 31. Although there’s an MH-31 information page, there's not yet anything there (reviews, specs, modifications, images, owner names, etc.)....and I can’t seem to find any obvious pathway for entering that information.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I’m probably missing something obvious.

Thanks,

Matt

Good morning from Mukilteo, Matt. That Boat Info section has tabs on the left side for you to add photos, post articles,, etc. In my case, section 42 has many articles that I've submitted over the years since owning Belle-Vie. You can do the same with your section.

Matt: Near the top left of the Boat Info/MH31/Specifications page there is a "Edit these specs" link that takes you to a page where you can enter specs in the various fields. I am guessing these entries are verified by a moderator before publishing...

Matt ;

There is no information under hunter resources for the Marlow Hunter 31 sailboat. Per the internet, Marlow Hunter is permanently closed but the phone is still active. I was referred back to this site as the person whom I spoke with indicated they do not have any Hunter nor marlow hunter information.
I am checking with SBO TO SEE if by chance they have the owners manual. At the same time I will be asking on this site for a copy of that manual by an existing ownerd to send me a copy of one.

SBO does not assume any liability for information published by members on its site. This is pretty standard practice for all Social Media sites. Realistically SBO does not have the resources to review and vet each piece of information in the forums.

If misinformation is posted, we rely on members to identify and correct the misinformation, preferably with reliable citations and references and to do so in a manner that is consistent with community standards and the Terms of Use.

Thanks everyone. I found the edit prompts on the left side of the page as you noted Jim--thanks.

As soon as I have some time, I’ll submit the MH-31 specs from Hunter, which I saved from the Marlow-Hunter web site when it was still up & running.

Crazy Dave: I have the owners' manual for my 2018 MH-31 in a PDF doc, but it’s 18 MB and I’ve got to figure out a way to divide it up or convert to a ZIP file (to meet SBO’s 10 MB limit). And I’ve collected published reviews, etc that I can also upload to the MH-31 page.

The brokerage in Vancouver, BC from which I bought the boat (Speciality Yachts) still has a sales video of the boat on their website, which contains a lot of good information that seems accurate and matches what I found on the old Marlow-Hunter website:

I have yet to find anyone, anywhere who owns a MH-31, part of my motivation to start this info page.

Terry, I meant to thank you as well for the heads up about the left side edits. How could I have missed them!

A couple of easy options. If you have Dropbox account or other cloud storage, a link to the file can be sent to the intended recipient. Some PDF readers have an option to save in a reduced file size. On a Mac, use Preview and select File>Export and then choose Reduce File Size in the pop-up window.

If you PM a Dropbox (or other cloud storage) link to me, I can reduce the file size and upload it.
