How do I open the fittings in the fresh water piping?

Hi I have a H36 2008. It has the blue and red pipes with black fittings. Does anyoune know how to open these fittings. Seems to be a white locking ring. I have taken it out but kant dismount the pipe from the fitting.

If i'm not wrong, you're supposed yo push the grey/white ring inward and pull the blue/red tube away/out.
