How do I install a solar vent in a 315?

I would like to add a solar power air vent in my 315.

I had a Marinco vent in my 22 Sport and it seem to do a good job. The previous owner had cut a large 3.5" diameter hole in the deck over the v-berth. I don't want to cut a hole in the deck of my 315.

How would I put this in my 315?

Can I cut a hole in one of the cabin top hatch window?

It has been done.
It might be a little bit of a challenge to keep the hatch cut clean and not crack.
