Kerr Lake
I've only visited Bugg's Island Lake in VA and I found it to be very nice. One of the few times I've been able to get the 170 up on a plane. We visited over 4th of July 2000 and I liked the put in and the Lake. I put in at Ocooneechee State Park. Look on line at 'www.kerrlake.com'. We visited the little town of Clarksville. I sailed at Lake Lure in NC and the ICW from Brownsville, TX to Corpus Christi, TX. I spent 9 months in the Bay at Corpus and the had a dvil getting rid of all the things that grew on the bottom of the boat. I had the bottom painted but that didn't stop it.
