Hours on Transmission

I have 4450 logged in Nautical miles but for the life of me where I can find out the hours on my engine/transmission. Nothing came with the boat with this data. The Tranny is a ZF5.

Should be engine hours shown on lower portion of tachometer, sometimes difficult to see, I have to bend over and get real close to mine (954.6 hrs. just looked Monday while changing the oil),visual angle is terrible. Or am I missing something ?

If you are missing something, move over as I'm in the same boat .

The readout is small.

The tach I replaced 15 years ago had 60 hours on it. My new tach does not include those 60 hours.
