I recently installed an hour meter into the wire harness on my 1991 33.5. The new gauge works great however the warning alarm now beeps every 30 - 45 seconds. When I unplug the meter the beeping stops. Any suggestions??
what is the cause without knowing how you wire the meter. You probably wire to one of the sensor circuits which then bring down the impedance of that sensor-circuit and trigger the alarm. This also depend on type of hour meter you have used. If it's quartz type then above mentioned should not happen because quartz mevement has a very high impedence and will not change much to any circuit's overall impedence.
