I have a Westerbeke W21 on my H34.... hoses connect engine to water heater, but the hot antifreeze doesn't seem to flow around the circuit :>( ...anyone familiar with/dealt with this issue? We'd really appreciate any info/suggestions! Thanx
There have been several posts on the issue of air trapped in the hoses between the heater and the engine, possibly that is the problem, try and remove the return line, and spin the engine a bit (with the hose in a bucket) see if water is circulating. if not you need to check the pump and or for a blockage.
after being disconnected for the last seven years. Have the same problem. Haven't investigated yet but will post a response when I determine the problem. Barry
