I live 4.5 hours round trip from my boat and am trying to save myself a trip. I need to know the length of the two tank hoses (in from the toilet/out to the deck).

Would not trust anyone else!

Doug: I would not trust anyone else doing this for you. The original plumbing was for a direct overboard discharge. If you are replumbing it correctly, you don't want this type of a setup. You should remove the hoses and take them down and get them the correct size based on YOUR measurements. You may find that this is a stinkin bunch of trouble but it will be a lot cheaper in the long run. At $8-9/ft, you don't want to make any measuring mistakes.

Only one way to find out, Doug...

You gotta measure 'em for yourself. Ain't no way anyone else can tell you how much hose a previous owner used to plumb in a tank that may or may not be in the same location as any other tank on any other boat.

Hose Length

I did this project this spring and used the Sealand Odor free hose. I took out the overboard discharge and went straight to the holding tank and from the holding tank to the deck. I got a 12 foot piece which is a foot longer total than I took out. This came in handy as the Sealand hose was not as easy to bend as other hoses. Helps if you bring a heat gun along and blow the heat into the tubing to warm it and then go over your fittings.

Take the BoatUS spool,. . .

return what you don't use. :) Sorry, could not resist that idea. The others are right, you need to measure or spend the bucks on more than you know you will need. I know exactly how you feel about the drive up only to not have what you need. My situation was improved when they built both a West Marine and a BoatUS closer to my marina. I measure then drive there, still lose an hour of my day.
