Does anyone have advice on where to drill a 3 inch round hole so as to install a 30 psi regulator into my 1990 Pearson 37. I'm thinking the best spot is in the deck above the sink on the port side, inboard of the jib-block track. I live on board and use the shower, sinks, etc; and I don't get alot of pressure from my fresh water pump.

Anchor Locker

I have a P36-2 that has my forward water tank fill port in the anchor locker. Why not just put the adapter in there, run a hose to a y valve on the hose leading from the tank to your pump. If you have two tanks like the P36-2 turn off the feed from the aft tank, turn on feed from the forward tank, turn the y-valve to hose. This way it would be out of the way in the locker...hose can be fed through the rode opening on the cover to the anchor locker. Greg

Check out Dan's 10M site for

his schematic of the Water System on his Pearson 10M. It does not show the location of the regulator but it does show how it is installed in OEM water system. This may or may not be helpful. http://dan.pfeiffer.net/10m/water_system.gif
