What year, I have a 1983 there's a big difference between the newer 22 and the older.

It's a 2010 first sold in 2012 and sailed only 5 times since then. It is one of the newly designed 22s. Not a 216.

Lots of differences between yours and the one I have. I know of a couple that just spent 400 days in a 81. http://www.inventurer.com/the-great-loop/ sounds like something I'm crazy enough to try.
