Launched the boat this weekend. I found more than just a birds nest in my anchor locker. See my picture below. It's a semi circular plastic part with a cap screw and nut. I didn't find it's mating piece. It appears to be a centering clamp assembly. Does anyone have a manual or link to one. Since mine is mounted below deck it's hard to identify the model. Any help is greatly appreciated.
