In my ongoing attempt to get my Honda outboard 9.9HP up and runnign smoothly I've pulled the carb with the intent of giving it a good soak in carb cleaner. I'm worried that there are a couple of plastic parts that might be dmages, namely the choke and the throttle arm. Anyone have any advice on this? Thanks
