My Oday 23 has a 4" circular hole near the rear of the cabin floor. There is always water standing in it. I pump it out (about 5 gallons) and it always comes back in. What is the purpose of this hole?
I have an Oday 22 fixed keel that has the same. the purpose of mine is to drop more lead pellets in it if I want to add more weight to the keel. I don't know if yours is the same purpose.
The hole that you're talking about is the only access there is to the bilge underneath the inner pan. You may want to do some investigation if you keep getting water in there.
