CAN ANYONE SHARE WITH ME THEIR EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLING A HOLDING TANK ON A CSY 37? I HAVE NOT FOUND AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION AND DOES IT HAVE TO BE LOCATED LOWER THAN THE HEAD ITSELF?

Tank does not have to be lower than the toilet
The best location for the tank depends on where the head is...the tank should be within 6' of it. Reason: because that's as far as bowl contents will move in the amount of time people will spend pumping the toilet.
