Holding Tank Rplacement

Looking to replace the aluminum holding tank on my 1994 Huner 37.5. I am looking for direction as to whether I should replace the tank with a plastic tank or a stainless steel tank. I have heard all plastic tanks permeate causing odor eventually.

Crap is going to smell like crap no matter what kind of container you put it in . I Like the plastic. Its readily available,durable, easier to install and alot less expensive compared to stainless which you will have to get through a dealer or have fab-ed.
