Holding tank replacement for Vision 32

I'm considering replacing the holding tank in our 1989 Vision 32 it the version that has the tank inclosed within the bench seat.Have any of you replaced this tank? Do you have pictures of the hole you made and existing tank dimensions? I hate go in blind with my Rotozip it could get nasty. I'm going to do this project no matter what the response and I will post pictures if its not to gross.Jim

Easy fix

Should it become impossible (or too gross) to replace the tank, you could always install a flexible poly tank on top instead. They're in all the marine catalogs. Be careful with the rotozip that you don't slice any wires or other interesting stuff.

Not only are bladder tanks almost as poor a choice for waste holding as metal...but the last thing anyone should do is leave the remains of a rusted out tank in the boat. It has to be removed and all the waste that's leaked cleaned up...otherwise, the boat will STINK.
