If the boat was originally delivered into...
fresh water,or into any coastal waters that don't have ready access to open sea beyond 3 miles where direct discharge is legal, there prob'ly isn't a toilet discharge thru-hull. The boat was prob'ly set up to discharge only into the holding tank and be pumped out. It's not at all unusual for any boat to be different from the diagrams in the manual. (I went nuts trying to find a "storage" compartment in the companionway on a previous boat...till I finally figured out that my genset was in it.) Builders often make changes during a model year--but aren't about to scrap 10,000 owners manuals...or optional equipment the first owner wanted requires changes, additions or omission of "standard" equipment. Owner's manuals are only a guide, not the bible for your particular hull.
