I just purchased a 90 22' Catalina. I am not familiar with the floating goose neck design. Do you attach the downhaul and the raise the sail. I also have a question about how the downhaul is set up. Currently there is a cleat directly under the gooseneck and another piece that looks like the gooseneck with a sail stop attached to it under the cleat. It looks to me like these two pieces need to be reversed (cleat on bottom). Am I correct? Also, I can not figure out how to attach the topping lift. Tom
