hi- having just about completed a major refit of my O22, I'll have to say that two suppliers which helped me with some direct replacements are Boaterbits (Ebay store/seller). Owner Dave Bristow is a very knowledgeable sailor with about 30 years in marine supply. Also, try Bosun Supplies (near Annapolis), they have a great website and catalog. most of the fittings on our Odays are standard marine stainless and bronze, not that hard to match. You can certainly save yourself some grief with direct replacement parts. Both of these fine suppliers are web-based and very responsive to sailors. Fair winds.
