I have a 1987 pearson 31 hull no.187. Sole owner. where can hinges for fore and aft cabnets. I only take boat out of water to paint and service. Is this good or bad. Sailing area Atlantic city to cape may. TOM GALLAGHER

winter sailing
Tom, I leave my boat in all winter, in the past 5 years I had only once where the ice damaged my boot stripe. It was worth it though, the days we got out sailing where some of the best sails I've had.(no power boats stirring up the water)I added a hose and shut-off valve on my water intake so winterizing is a snap. I also purchased a small propane heater to take the chill off while below. It also keeps the gang together through the winter. Good Luck Terry P-30

Cabinet hinges
Tom, I replaced my door hinges by bringing one to a local business that supplies hardware to cabinet shops. They had recessed hinges that fit. Bob Blue Moon 31-2
