Frank,
One thing is common with both Keels and Beer...
It's gonna be a bad day if you don't have them both.

So I will take it that none of the Vegas has ever had a problem..

Beer prices is one thing that I can't worry about. Just buy it. You've obviously never been to Sweden !!! ha ha

Thanks,
Roy

Hello All,

Remember all that fuss I made about the head installation last year? And then I got all quiet?
Well, that's because I finished it.

I just got around to uploading pictures of it into the photos section. Look under the "Good Things" album if you are interested.

It is done according to the KISS system that has been mentioned quite frequently here.
The vent is on the side of the boat. The pumpout is on the side walkway.
The back wall has three holes in it to reveal the tank level as low, medium, and high. There is also a light behind the wall that you can turn on to illuminate the tank so it is easier to see the waste level.

Just remember, it's not really your boat until you can proudly walk down that dock, newspaper under your arm, disapear into that companionway, and do your bizznezzzz!

Enjoy..

Roy-
Very neat installation. Did you make your own holding tank? Looks
professional.

Roy,
Very nice job. The wood work matches the boat beautifuly. What did
you use?
Nice touch using a backlight to illuminate the tank.

I got sapele veneer from a guy named Robin Hidgeons for pretty cheap.
I have his contact info if you are interested..

I had the tank made of 1/2 inch polyehthelyne. Probably should have gotten a stainless one.
