I was flying into SEATAC yesterday and looked over towards the Desolation Sound and Seabeck. Was wondering how far a drive it is over to your neck of the woods when I get an overnight and have some time. It would be a thrill to come over and see the car with a "real motor" as you put it, and of course Epitome. Maybe even have an adult beverage of some kind.Cheersyour Mustang competitor

Hey Rick!

I'm hanging out in Seabeck and at the boat in Brownsville. Where are you? Seatac used to be about an hour from Seabeck but now it can be four hours or more! (traffic) Have you seen the new Tacoma Narrows Bridge going up next to the old one? That should help. But it doesn't open for six weeks. Drat!And Rick, did you check my site since this weekend? A third video is there showing one of my runs at the track. (mid 12's at 107mph) Should be mid 11's at 120mph! Found the problem! Fuel injection too small! $2700.00 will fix it but I have to wait 3 weeks for a new system. Drat again! But the car is running great! The street tires go back on today, and the Koni shocks too. A fellow can't live by just racing!

As we speak the first mate and I are heading out the door to fly over to Whiskey Chaser for the week. We are gonna take Kathy, who made a post here about chartering in San Diego, and some of her out in the bay for a few days. Should be a blast and heck, the fellowship of meeting other sailors is priceless. And we are saving her big bucks and doing what we love anyways.As for Seabeck, I get plenty of overnights up in Seattle. I think if we play our cards right, sometime in the future most likely after the bridge opens, I will rent a car and come over and meet you and your better half. Maybe one of the new GT350R's. Would be a pleasure I will check out the new video over at the boat.Take care
