Alright it wasn't that funny but it was great to see! Jim! tell us how you've been and what you're doing and how you like California and we promise you we won't ask you questions like "how many foot pounds of torque should you apply to the third port side keel boat on a '84 40." I go by James 90210, in B.H. and thats a fact! what do you want me to do misspell a few words so I can prove it's me? HOW ya'll doing? It is kinda funny to be writin to you from California but I'm really having a good challenging time of it out here. Karen works with me now as our office manager and we have the biggest display of new boats you'll ever see anywhere. I made it into a "boat show a day" kinda thing because I miss those big shows back east. ;o) I haven't been lurking much on site or writing. I honestly have been way to swamped with the business and settling in to worry much about HOW. Matter of fact i just got back from a meeting with the L.A County design control board to get approval on the display I set up 4 months ago. I haven't done much read ANY sailing since we moved out here but me and the missus been toying with the idea of buying a Mainship 430 trawler as a live aboard. Yea, I'm allready gettin tired of Beverly Hills and all the movie stars swimmin pools and the light traffic in the am and pm rush hour. Carol Donovan joined the team back several months ago and is pretty much running the service dept.. Look we need to get the Catalina Renedezvous together what can we do to help? JB
