I wrote to Cape Cod Shipbuilders (Shipbuilding?) (the current makers of the o'day daysailor), and they sent me a manual, free of charge. It is a little skimpy, though, and has no diagrams. If you poke around in this web site long enough, you'll find other information to supplement the manual. I think the biggest considerations have to do with what model day sailor you have (with regards to capsizing - some are recoverable, and some aren't - like the older ones. And some of the newer boats have spreaders in the rigging - the older ones don't.) I love my daysailor (1965) - and look forward to every hour I can spend on the water. I hope your experiences are as enjoyable as mine have been - Happy sailing - Kellys/v "Daisy Sail"
