my jib ripped on my Oday 26,
has roller furling and needs to come down Everyone else around have 25s and it is different Help

While unfurled you release the jib halyard and let it fall or pull it down?

Yes but i don't see one ???

If it is a CDI flexible furler it will have a plastic furling foil with an internal halyard that is usually cleated on the lower furling drum. Otherwise it should be cleated on the mast.

I don't see this as an Oday 26 design . This appears more of an aftermarket furling issue . Are you sure it's a CDI furler ?
Any chance you could post a photo or two ? Specifically the top of the furling drum .
