Help with Honda 5 HP 1990 motor "BF5A"

Does anyone know where would it be best to look for this part? I attached two pics. Sorry, I am not sure what it is called. Long story short, had issues with the gas line. The motor stopped. By mistake, I left it in gear. Asked someone for help. The guy pulled the starting rope so hard that this is what happened. I can still start the motor by using the thing (again, not sure what it is called) on the top but it is annoying because if it does not start at the first pull I have to re-attach the rope, do it again, then put the motor cover on etc..Does anyone one know where I can get this part? Or maybe someone has it for sale? Thank you!

I did the same thing 4 th of july with a full boat ,motor stalled at the worst time of course,paniced,left her in gear pulled cover pulled hard on rope seen teeth go flying realized my mistake she started on next pull this is also a honda bf5 from 2002 came with my p21 as a back up motor my go to 2017 bf5 was waiting for a prop iound both parts on amazon the prop was on my porch in two days.
