help with drains hunter 30

I take it im not the only one who has standing water along the deck beside winches. There are NO drains or scuppers to drain off the water on either side of boat,. Any suggestions apreciated. I can,t just drill a hole because of it being over the quarter berth and not into the bilge. Charles Creel " Unwinder "

Deck Drains at Cockpit

From what I see here and on my '81, I assume these are all "Owner Improvements" as the method and placement differs. Second Chance has drains overboard just forward of the winches. These were made with white vinyl tubing connected to nylon thru-hull fittings. They are the same on both sides.
