I'm not sure which setting my charger should be on. I just repowered/rewired everything up to the panel. I now have 2 Sam's Club EGC2 6v flooded batteries for the house and a Sam's Club Duracell Group 27 sealed battery for the starter. Per MS's advice they are connected with the Blue Sea's ACR. To charge them while at the dock I just put in a ProMariner ProNautic 1240P Charger.

So here are my 2 questions. 1) Should the Charger be set to Flooded or Sealed? (I hope MS is not going to tell me I have to dump the sealed for a flooded 12v) and 2) I also noticed that the voltage used to recondition the batteries is considerably higher 14.8v for flooded cells as compared to 14.4v for sealed. With this differential can I even recondition the batteries while they are connected with the ACR?

I did have a thought that I could install a relay that would disconnect the ACR when voltage is coming from the charger and then set up the battery 2 output line from the charger directly to the starter battery and set as sealed......

I don't want to destroy the batteries..... Thanks!
