Help needed to identify a furler system

Hi fellow sailors,

My name is Carlos Azevedo from Portugal and I'm the happy new owner os a 86" Dufour Yatch 4800

I'm trying to identify a Genoa Furling system that came with the boat, it seems a Facnor model and that makesense becouse Facnor and Dufour are French brands but I'm hoping someone here may know the system and may help me to identify it so I can get the manual and service it to be 100% funcional and safe.

You are off to a good start attempting to identify the manufacturer.........as a start, suggest contacting your local Facnor dealer with photos and ask them for help to identify the model and a suitable manual. Your local rigger might be able to help.

Thanks mate, unfortunatly the local rigger was not able to help but I already send an emai to Facnor, let's see What they say. I will keep this tis thread posted about the evolution on my investigation on my "vintage gear in the boat" maybe it can be useful for others. fair winds to all
