First, it would really help to know how big a boat we're talking about.
Next, how far to deep water? Does it get gradually deeper or does the reef drop off to very deep water as you cannot kedge in the latter case.
If it's a boat length or two, perhaps you can kedge her off, but beyond that I doubt you'll be successful especially if you have to pull her through a surf line. If you can kedge off or get a few dinghies to pull you, it really helps to have someone pulling on a halyard away from the beam to roll her over while it is being pulled off.
All at the highest tide possible, of course.
I wouldn't worry at all about the leak. You should rent a 3' or 4" gas driven pump anyway, in case there is damage you cannot see, like the rudder may leak when you get her off? Last resort, fill the cabin with lift bags or in desperation, 55 gallon drums if a hole develops.
But by far, soonest is best, even if you have to hire professional salvers or the next storm may make the whole thing a moot point.
