Ever sail one of these or a similar leeboard boat Mike? Are they tender? Saw the specs online and it has a 6'6" beam.
It's a Phil Bolger design. I've never sailed one. She's very light, only about 1200 pounds displacement and relies mostly on form stability as opposed to ballast to keep her on her feet. Thta's one of the reasons she has such a low aspect rig, to keep the center of effort low. Most photos show them heeled to about 10 degrees, and a number of the photos show the boat reefed in what would appear to be lighter winds (low waves). My sense is that she'd be a bit tender and would want to be reefed pretty quickly, the only things really keeping the boat upright are the pressure on the boards and beam. One interesting feature of this design is that in addition to the leeboards, there is a very small retractable skeg at the bow to help with pointing to windward. There are several owners who post quite a bit on line on other forums, do a browser search and you'll find some of their stuff. There aren't very many of these boats around; the owners tend to be very devoted.
