I need to renew my boat registration and lost the aluminum plate that was affixed to my Javelin and had the info on it. Secifically, I need max HP (I think it was 6), max. number of persons (3? 4?), total weight capacity (is this the weight of the boat or the weight it will hold?) and person weight. I was able to get the other info I need from the Javelin website... thanks to whomever put that up!!! Oh yeah, Pennsylvania wants the year built, which according to one of the sites I visited this morning is discernible from the last four digits on my hull ID #, which is M84B. Does this mean my Javelin was built in 1984? I thought it was actually built in the late 70's, but I may be wrong. Thanks to anyone who can help me out... I want to sail this summer and can't without renewed registration.
