If anyone has any information on how to locate or contact a reputable salvage vendor it would be greatly appreciated . I purchased my Hunter Legend and it did not have the helmsman seat with the boat . Removable to access the swim platform or walk thru transom. I will consider buying the mold if necessary but would rather locate a used seat or information leading to the replacement of a new one. I contacted Hunter and of course my boat has been discontinue so has any available parts . This I already knew before emailing them but was hoping on a lead or direction to obtain the seat . Hunter had no information to offer. Hoping someone out there may have one or willing to part with their's !! like I said Hopping !! I have searched the fourms and found no information which is hard to believe !! I would have thought there may have been plenty of them at the bottom of the lake !! Thanks For Your Time in Advance !! Well I hang on to my seat with my life. I have a teather on it as not to lose it. While there may be a few overboard losses how would you ever find them unless they are in 10-20 ft of water?

Have you looked everywhere on the boat? Vee birth forward of the water tank? Behind the false wall in the aft stateroom?

Wow. I have the same boat i dont use mine all of the time, but it does make a handy fish cleaning station when flipped over, keeps the boat clean! There ate so many of these boats around, i have emailed hunter about parts for my boat, and left messages, it has been a year and i have yet to get a response. There really should be more in the way of boat salvage. Where to you live? I wouldnt. Mind donating mine for the winter so you can make a mold.

I know that what I just bought and installed will not be the same thing but might work out for you. got the helmseat from a company in Alabama, www.helmseat.com. It was made up to the measurements of my H33. Look them up on the internet.
It's a well made product and the owner is easy to work with.

Best news I've heard and would be greatly appreciated !! I'm Pretty handy with fiberglass plus I know a guy that can make the mold as well . If you want to sale your fish cleaning board I'm in !! Thinking the cost to make one would have to be around 300 or so . I'm not sure what it would take for you to part with yours but would entertain any reasonable asking price . If you were willing to donate for the winter I would be forever in your debit and speechless in appreciation . I live in Arkansas You are the Greatest My Friend . I agree Steve Holding on with my Life Part !! Sounds like Jamie may be willing to part with his or donate for measurements and copy a mold from !! after that !! Maybe we will not have to worry about guarding so much if one of use can come up with a mold .
