Looking for a cover for my 2004 Hunter 33 steering/instrument panel in the cockpit. Any company or ideas?

I had one made by my local sail loft. It was pricey, but it does the job. On the other hand, if you have a sewing machine and are proficient in its use, you can probably make your own. Welcome to the forum! 
I did my binnacle cover using one of Sailrites' kits and following their video. Came out looking good, not perfect, but enhanced the looks of the rest of the boat.

Welcome to the Forum. Certainly, the cover will keep the helm looking better than if it were exposed to the weather. You might reach out to the Forum shop to see if they can produce one for you. I had them build me a Main sail cover. Very pleased.
The site says they have not made helm covers since 2022. They may not have been a frequently purchased item. There is a "contact" link on the page to ask about the covers.
