I ordered a new bruce anchor (66 lb) and the appropriate BRM-3 anchor roller. my problem is that I am a little hesitant to start drilling hole as I have never even seen one of these things mounted on a boat in pictures or person. The only way to get around the forestay and the associated furler is to set the roller off-center but this looks a little awkward. I am going to at the same time install a new manual Sea Tiger 555 windlass (manual) so I will need a straight shot from the roller to the windlass. Does anyone have any experince mounting these rollers. Especially does anyone have any pictures of one of these things mounted. I visited the Bruce web site but it was absolutly zero help.
