I guess this isn't a problem for a lot of you guys but living in Scotland I want to extend our cruising season by fitting a heating system on our boat.
Do any of you have a hot air blower system (Eberspacher, Webasto etc.) and can tell me what power output yours has and where it is fitted?
I'll be back with more questions when it comes to fitting time.

Good luck sir. My problem is getting the heat out and keeping the mosquitos from making me anemic. I am anxious to hear about your solution.

Looks like I'm going for the Eberspacher kit, 4.4 kW with four adjustable outlets and a separate fuel tank.
It'll be a few weeks until I'm fitting it but will keep the forum up to date.

An update

I bought an Eberspacher (Espar) Airtronic D4 unit and fitting kit including ducting for four outlets and a 7 day timer with thermostat. I also purchased a 33 litre tank, gauge and hoses.
After much crawling around and investigating locker space I decided to fit the heater unit in the starboard side cockpit locker and the fuel tank in the space on the starboard where the holding tank used to be and use the old waste water pump-out inlet for fuelling.
There wasn't a flat surface inside the locker so I epoxied a wooden plate on the inside of the hull to allow me to fit the bracket for the heater.
The exhaust pipe runs to the stern and exits above the starboard stern step locker.
I guess this isn't much use without photographs so I'll take some next week and report back.
I still have the intake, hot air ducting to fit and the electrics.
I'll keep you posted.

I have a webasto heater on my H33. I don't know the specs, but can tell you it will make a sauna out of the cabin in midwinter Kansas. The system is 7 years old and has required no service. No complaints as it works well.

Heating now complete

My Espar (Eberspacher) D4 Plus is now up and running. It's cut down some locker space as the 3 and 4 inch ducting takes up a bit of room.
The kit I got was very comprehensive and I only needed the tools to get it installed, all of the necessary parts were in the box.
All berths, salon and head are now warm and dry.
