It is an electric (shore power) about 5 or 6 gal. Raritan heater. West Marine has them.

Catalina also used Seaward 6 gallon heaters
much less expensive than the Raritans. Don't need the stainless steel model, just go galvanized. Has HX from engine and electric heat.
