Heart Interface difficulty

I bought a Heart Interface In-charge---it regulates high output alternators into a three stage charger. It was used and didn't come with a manual for installation. I tried the Heart site but I only get info. for inverters. Anyone have any ideas on how to get some info.?

I have the manuals(2) for the Freedom 20, the 2000W inverter/charger. And it is a 3-stage. But they are on the boat. Are you sure the inverter manual on their web-site is not also the charger manual? I did not know they made just a charger. There's not much to installation but the dip switch settings are not intuitive. Write if I can help.Ed(schencked@bfusa.com)

www.heartinterface.com has a reference library and a faq section. Look at the tech paper on converting an internally regulated alternator to external. It mentions the in-charge. Also I saw somewhere on their web page that you can call their tech support and they will supply you with the info you need.
